Ich habe ebenfalls auf einem Apple Silicon Prozessor erfolgreich Allplan 2020 laufen - soweit alles in Ordnung. Wegen der fehlenden AVX Unterstützung wurde eigentlich noch kein Update durchgeführt. Soweit ich weiß, gibt es weiterhin keine AVX Unterstützung - oder irre ich mich?

Seit 2022-1-04 wird ja scheinbar der M1 Prozessor lt. Allplan Systemanforderungen unterstützt.
Ich schätze mal, dass AVX nichtmehr zwingend vorgeschrieben wird, da der entsprechende Punkt auch in der Allplan 2023 Systemanforderung nicht mehr vorkommt.

Welche Parallels Version nutzen Sie?

Ihre gezeigte Fehlermeldung deutet nicht auf ein Lizensierungsfehler hin, sondern auf ein Problem mit einer nicht korrekt in die Windows Registry eingetragene DLL Datei.
Ich konnte ein Update von 2020 nach 2022 und auch von 2020 nach 2023 durchführen ohne Fehlermeldung. Allerdings lässt sich Allplan trotzdem nicht mehr starten.

Die Exe-Datei wird kurz ausgeführt und wird dann ohne Fehlermeldung wieder beendet.
Vielleicht kommen wir ja zusammen zu einer Lösung.

Inzwischen hatte ich mal die gleiche Fehlermeldung zu Gesicht bekommen. Der Allplan Installer öffnet ja auch gleich einen Ordner mit dem Fehlerbericht zur Installation. Dort kann man dann den Pfad zur CodemeterRuntime64.msi finden, mit der man direkt die Runtime installieren kann. Startet man anschließend die Installation von Allplan komplett neu (also nicht nur über "erneut versuchen") sollte die Installation komplett durchlaufen.

Allerdings musste ich feststellen, dass sowohl bei Allplan 2022 als auch bei 2023 zwar der Check nach AVX Befehlen deaktiviert wurde, beide Versionen aber nicht starten. Zumindest in der Version 2023 liegt es eindeutig an mindestens einer (vielleicht auch mehreren) DLL Datei (NemAll_Cineware.dll), die weiterhin AVX Befehle aufruft.

Schade - Ich hoffe mal dass weiterhin versucht wird, Allplan auch auf Parallels mit Apple Silicon lauffähig zu bekommen. Ich für meinen Teil würde dafür auf eine Cinema/Cineware Integration verzichten.

I've also got Allplan 2020 working perfectly on an Apple Silicon CPU. As there is no AVX support, no upgrade has been implemented as of yet. To the best of my knowledge, AVX support has not yet been implemented. Both Allplan 2022 and 2023 had the check for AVX instructions disabled, however none would launch. As of 2023, it can be traced down to at least one (and perhaps more) DLL files (NemAll Cineware.dll) that keep making AVX calls.

That is the exact things i could find out as well. Do you have any additional ideas things that could be tried out?

Maybe there is a way we can solve this, or at least find put a bit more.

the new Allplan 2023 - 1 seems to have excluded the Cineware Renderer on ARM Macs in Parallels. So it should be possible to install and use Allplan 2023 - 1. I'm currently updating and will let you know if it works.

mit dem Update 2023 - 1 scheinen die notwendigen Einstellungen getätigt worden zu sein. Die aktuell nicht funktionierenden Renderer von Cineware werden dann nicht mehr angeboten, aber Allplan sollte starten und auch unter einem ARM Mac mit Parallels laufen.

Ich installiere aktuell die Updates und melde mich sobald ich mehr weiß.

After trying to install the new 2023-1 on a clean install of Windows 11 Pro (ARM64) in Parallels, there was still an error preventing the start of Allplan. The issue is conncted to msvcp140.dll (part of the Visual C++ Redist package) The problem is, when installing VC++ Redist x64 version, the installer automatically detects it is being run on an ARM platform and uses the ARM64 Version instead of the usual and working x64 Version.

The solution was to copy a working Visual C++ x64 installer from a x86-64 machine and use that installer, or just directly copying the dlls (11 in total) from a x86-64 machines C:\Windows\System32 folder to the same folder on the ARM machine)

Now Allplan is able to successfully start and as far as I can tell from a short test, it runs without crashing, although relatively slow when opening functions, even with 8 cores and 40GB of memory of an M1 Max.
