this : ?? œ should it be replaced in the URL to "ae" ?

Ok, if it is only in the URL, there is no special chars in this case, only "a e i o u".
"œ" can be written "oe".

quickly ??? i changed the url protection 6 month ago i did not see, that any "ß" (or: à é è ê ë î ï ô œ ) was replaced not only replace in URL but also in Title.
the first time i saw "strange" topics in forum was in december, but thought it was just a typo of the user, entering something to fast without proofreading .. (like me :-)
but. as usual: let me know if i can cahnge something and if i do not have urgend stuff, it will be solved ..
