ALLPLAN can be deployed in a variety of environments, including local installations, Citrix-based solutions, Azure Virtual Desktop, and other remote or hybrid setups. While not every configuration is tested or certified by ALLPLAN, the software has been used successfully in these environments by many customers, and it commonly performs efficiently when implemented according to industry best practices. The product life cycle policy defines which version of ALLPLAN is currently supported.
ALLPLAN is dedicated to delivering comprehensive support for its products in both traditional and virtualized environments. Our technical support team assists with product-related inquiries regardless of the deployment approach. Where available, relevant knowledge base articles will be provided to help resolve issues efficiently. If analysis indicates that a reported issue is likely related to the customer’s infrastructure rather than the ALLPLAN product, users will be directed to their internal IT departments for further investigation.
NETWORK:
- An internet connection that is stable and uninterrupted.
- Minimum requirements: 10 Mbit/s for upload; 20 Mbit/s for download, the latency must be less than 50 milliseconds (you can check this by means of ALLPLAN Performance Diagnostics, for example).
- Recommended: 50 Mbit/s for upload; 100 Mbit/s for download, the latency must be less than 10 milliseconds (you can check this by means of Allplan Performance Diagnostics, for example).

LOCAL FILE STORAGE FOLDER:
- If possible, use a local (SSD) hard drive for the local file storage folder; network drives slow down access. The local file storage folder must not be shared between several users; this might cause massive problems. The Services window shows the path of the local file storage folder.
