[Question] How to change the bending pin factor for hooks

Hi, all. I have met a problem about changing the bending pin factor for reinforcement hooks.
The bending pin factors could be changed for freeform reinforcement. But I didn't find the same options for hooks.
So the reinforcement which has hooks at ends looks strange. Do you have any ideas how to set the bending pin factors for hook?

I used to fight this problem for a long time, I don't remember anymore but I think Norms was responsible.
And look at the HookLength.txt file from the folder x: \ Allplan Data 20xx \ Std \ Nat_Code \ UserNorm101 \
