I have one question: when I choose export and import function, then it not show fully function example not option export and import to IFC

The reduced menu Looks like Viewer Modus.
In Viewer Mode Import/Export is not possible, because saving of Files is not allowed, what is necessary for this. It only works with licensed Version of Allplan. The behaviour is correct here.
Please check if your license is correctly recogneized or if Allplan starts in Viewer Mode.

Thank you so much, my Allplan is in viewer mode. I was re-install it.
But it have new error below, after i want change surface for my beam it show this error.

If you have a different Problem, you should start always a new Thread: If someone hast good knowlegde with questions like the last onee, but no idea of IFC, he will not read this last post.
I thin in your Case : check actuallity of the graficcard driver.
if this does not help, start a new Topic ( = neues Thema )
