Missing pattern and hatches names in Allplan 2014

My pattern/hatches names in Allplan instantly disappear after 2-3 weeks of using. I really don´t get it, it happends to my friend´s allplan too. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Hello,

You can use our Czech/Slovak forum with answers by changing lokalization from International to Česko(Czech). I sent you a private message with solution.
