Digital River Ireland Ltd. is a global online order processing company and partner of ALLPLAN. Digital River Ireland Ltd. is therefore an authorized agent for the various digital products and services available to purchase on the ALLPLAN Online Shop.
 

  • Who will process my order?

For non-US customers
Digital River Ireland Ltd. will process your order based on the Digital River Ireland Ltd. Terms of Sales and the Digital River Privacy Policy.
For US customers
Digital River Inc. will process your order based on the Digital River Inc. Terms of Sales and the Digital River Privacy Policy.
 

  • What rights do I have?

Digital River Ireland Ltd. process all order queries in accordance with the requirements in place for online trade.
 

  • Which payment methods can I use?

You can use a variety of payment methods (such as a credit card, SEPA or PayPal*). These payment methods may vary depending on the country and product in question.

* If you wish to use PayPal, payment will also be taken prior to the order being processed further.
 

  • Where can I find my bill?

You should receive your bill via email 24 hours after the product is dispatched. Unable to find this email? No problem; you can also download the associated bill as a PDF document from your Customer Account at shop.allplan.com 24 hours after dispatch. 
 

  • Why was my transaction unable to be processed?

A transaction may fail for various reasons. Your financial services provider will be able to provide you with the specific reasons. If a transaction fails, we will not debit any funds from you.
