This FAQ is valid from 24.04.2023, from then on a new Allplan Exchange Online Service will be available to you.
Question:
I can not log in to Allplan Exchange?
However, I had a valid account until I transition (04/24/2023 ) from Allplan Exchange.
or
I have forgotten my password for Allplan Exchange or have forgotten one of my Allplan online services:
- Allplan Bimplus
- Allplan Campus
- Allplan Connect
- Allplan Exchange
- Allplan LEARN NOW
- Allplan Shop
Answer:
- Since the transition from Allplan Exchange, the login data for our Allplan online services have been further standardized.
- Since the transition , the same password is used in all Allplan online services (Exchange, Connect, Bimplus,...)
- Allplan Connect profile data led the way in unification.
- In the future, you will also be able to use the same Allplan Connect accounts for Exchange.
- Maybe you have forgotten your password from Allplan Connect or you do not have an account with Allplan Connect.
- Simply follow these steps
1) Reset password
- Start Connect https://connect.allplan.com/pwd
- Follow the self-explanatory steps of the function, shortened here in the picture
- Resetting the password worked!
→ Now you can log in to Allplan Exchange again. - The password reset did not work!
→ When you try to reset the password, you receive the message that there is no Allplan Connect registration for the email address you entered.
In this case, please continue with step 2.
2) Registration with Connect
Resetting the password did not work, then you do not have an Allplan Connect account yet.
No problem, you can make up for it with a few clicks.
- Start Connect= https://connect.allplan.com/register
- Follow the self-explanatory steps of the registration function:
- The registration worked!
- Now you can log in to Allplan Exchange again.
3) Login
Start the Allplan Exchange homepage here and log in:
https://exchange.allplan.com
