Question:

My projects in Allplan are suddenly incomplete, or projects are suddenly missing in the project list. What could be the reason for this?



Response:

Check whether the Windows synchronization is active. Sometimes it can happen that the synchronization was activated by a Windows update.
Then deactivate it again.

To do this, go to the Windows search and enter Control Panel.
Make sure that the Control Panel shows all items. To do this, go to Category at the top right of Display and select 'Small icons' or 'Large icons'.

In Control Panel, go to Synchronization Center ->click on left side Manage Offline Files.
Here it should say under General - Enable Offline Files.
If Disable Offline Files is displayed here, click on it and use it to disable synchronization.
Then click on Apply.
In order for the settings to be applied, you must now restart your computer.

Now test the behavior in Allplan again.
