The template project has been developed in cooperation with the Bavarian CAD authority, which is responsible for implementing and organizing CAD.This is located in organizational as central administrative department of the State Building Authority Munich 2, deals with the implementation and organization of CAD in the Bavarian State Building.

Being in charge of road management and traffic management, Hessen Mobil plans, builds, maintains, and manages the whole road network out of villages and towns in the state of Hesse. Consequently, Hessen Mobil is responsible for about 17,000 kilometers of road network, ranging from district road to federal highway. Being a state authority, the headquarters of Hessen Mobil are in Wiesbaden; local representative offices can be found at twelve other locations throughout the state of Hesse. In addition, a total of 60 road maintenance authorities are part of Hessen Mobil. Hessen Mobil spends more than 700,000 euros a year on new construction and maintenance of roads, focusing on the planning and construction of the federal highways A44, A45, and A49. Gebäudemanagement Schleswig-Holstein GMSH is a public-law institution, exercising the planning tasks and duties of building owners for the state government and federal government in the state of Schleswig-Holstein. Consequently, GMSH is in charge of administering real estate used by the state of Schleswig-Holstein and procuring materials and services for the real estate management and construction management of the state authorities. In a cooperation with DB Station & Service AG, Allplan has integrated the content required for the planning of small and medium-sized railway stations in a comprehensive project template. The template contains components and equipment as "smart" objects that already have all the required parameters and information. It can be installed via a self-executing setup, which integrates all related components directly in Allplan.
