Answer:

Running a Nemetschek Allplan program with a NemSLock 2006 Server license on a computer that is not connected to the network
requires the following steps:

1st Use the computer that is not connected to the license server to create the computer ID file.

To use a network computer to create a server license for a computer that is not connected to the license server,
you first need to create the computer ID and save it in a file.
Note: The computer ID file expires when you make more than two changes to the hardware components
. After more than two changes (for example, new/additional hard disk, new DVD/CD drive),
you need to create a new computer ID file.
Note: After having upgraded from versions that are earlier than Allplan 2009, you need to create a new computer ID file for transferring licenses to computers
that are not connected to the license server as the extension of the computer ID file has
changed.

2nd Use a computer that is connected to the license server to create the import license for the computer that is not on the network.

This requires the computer ID of the computer that is not connected to the license server.
In addition, the user who creates the license at the computer that is connected to the license server must be authorized
to import licenses.

3rd Use the computer that is not connected to the license server to import the license file from the server

You can use this import license to run the relevant program on the computer that is not connected to the license server
until the time limit specified expires. However, you can also return the import license before the time limit expires
by exporting the license to a file.
