The inclusion of Bimplus Professional with valid Allplan Subscription contracts
From the release of Allplan 2024 we are pleased to offer Allplan Cloud services, including Bimplus Professional, to valid Allplan Subscription customers.
Bimplus technology will offer you many tools to help you collaborate, coordinate, and manage your BIM projects.
Bimplus can host your Allplan model and help you coordinate and share project data easily with the entire project team. You can coordinate models (with revisions) and documents with other project members and can consider the entire project in one place. Architects, engineers, clients, and contractors can all benefit from this improved workflow.
Allplan includes an integrated Bimplus environment allowing you to work with project data from different sources whilst working in Allplan. As Bimplus is cloud based, you can share your project anywhere at anytime using mobile devices. As an example, you can work closer with the construction site and get instant feedback by attaching photos notes or tasks to the Bimplus model.

With the release of Allplan 2024, we are pleased to offer Allplan Cloud services, including Allplan Share, to valid Allplan Subscription customers.
Allplan Share offers you the simplest way to bring your Allplan projects to the cloud and work on them with your stakeholders regardless of location.
With Allplan Share, you work directly on your projects via the Internet in your familiar Allplan environment from any desired location - whether on the construction site or from your home office. You do not need any additional third-party tools. Allplan Share automatically coordinates the exchange of data and ensures consistency, especially when several planning partners are working on the project. The cloud technology of Bimplus allows intelligent, efficient transfer and processing of your project data with maximum data security.
Allplan Share will speed up, simplify and, above all, make your way of working efficient.
The inclusion of Allplan Exchange with valid Allplan Subscription contracts
From the release of Allplan 2024 we are pleased to offer Allplan Cloud services, including Allplan Exchange, to valid Allplan Subscription customers.
With Allplan Exchange, Allplan offers a web-based plan distribution tool specifically designed to manage the creation and distribution of various plan formats and provide automatic change notifications via email groups. The platform provides a 2D drawing download environment and tracks shipping and download activity for inclusion in an audit report.
The inclusion of Allplan Workgroup Manager with valid Allplan Subscription contracts
From the release of Allplan 2024 we are pleased to offer Allplan Cloud services, that includes Allplan Workgroup Manager, to valid Allplan Subscription customers.
Allplan Workgroup Manager assumes the organization of CAD workstations in local networks (LAN) as well as via Internet. It creates clear synergy effects in medium-sized and large planning and construction firms. Work at an individual network workstation is just as simple as work at a normal individual station.
The inclusion of AutoConverter with valid Allplan Subscription contracts
AutoConverter is a breakthrough solution that enables civil and structural engineers to effectively participate in an Open BIM process. Uploaded models can be converted into analysis models in a controlled, automated process without the need for remodeling.
AutoConverter is a cloud application within the Bimplus environment and is a special version for Allplan users with a valid subscription contract.
The inclusion of Solibri Inside* with valid Allplan Subscription contracts
Created as a solution for designers, Solibri Inside can run checks in Allplan models as and when the user wishes – using palette like functionality, from within the BIM Explorer in Allplan. No longer does the designer need to open other software to perform basic model checking. Solibri Inside ensures that every model can be checked upfront before sharing within the workflow to other team members.
Who can receive Allplan Cloud services, including Bimplus Professional, Allplan Share, Allplan Exchange, Allplan Workgroup Manager, Autoconverter and Solibri Inside*?
Allplan Cloud services are provided with Allplan Subscription products only. If the products listed below are included in your Allplan Subscription Renewal Agreement, you will be provided with the appropriate number of Bimplus Professional team members and you will also receive an Allplan Share license for your Bimplus team. Also, included with these Allplan Subscription products, you will receive Allplan Workgroup Manager and access to Allplan Exchange. Additionally, you can have access to Autoconverter and Solibri Inside.*

For example, if you have Subscriptions for 12 x 'Allplan AEC' and 5 x 'Allplan Engineering', you can create a Bimplus Professional team with up to 17 members at no additional cost. If you want to expand your Bimplus team, you can purchase access for additional team members. If you have 12 licenses of Allplan under Subscription, you also get 12 Allplan Share licenses. The Allplan Share licenses must be assigned to team members in the license management so that they can be used in Allplan.
*12 months Solibri Inside subscription is included with new Allplan Subscriptions.
What cloud storage do I receive with my Allplan Subscription?
The cloud storage, included with Allplan Cloud (Allplan Share, Allplan Exchange and Bimplus by ALLPLAN), as part of your Allplan Subscription is 10GB. You can purchase additional storage in the ALLPLAN Shop: shop.allplan.com

These additional Allplan Cloud services are only provided with a valid Allplan Subscription license. If you decide to cancel your Allplan Subscription but wish to retain access to Bimplus by ALLPLAN, you will be required to purchase at additional costs. Full internet access is required to access all cloud-based services and the terms and conditions of use are defined in public domain and must be adhered to.
