The template project has been developed in cooperation with SBN. Lower Saxony's building authorities, which are responsible for everything involving building and construction in Lower Saxony, manage about 9,000 state-owned buildings and about 35,000 federal buildings. Annual building costs amount to approximately 500,000 euros.
