[Frage] Reports: Baugruppe, "Null etfernen

Hi all,

We have some questions about creating reports:
- What is "Baugruppe" and whats mean his value?
- What is "Null etfernen"/RemoveZero, and whats mean when is activated or with the valuer=1?

I upload 2 images to explain it.

Best regards!
Xavier

Hi Xavier,
"Remove zero" means that the values with a quantity at 0 will not be displayed.
For "Baugruppe", I'm not sure then I prefer to say nothing...

I answered to your question also in the French separate forum "allplanleforum.eu".

Thank fkeim for your answer, I know this pdf, it's vey useful (thanks a lot to share it)
But your answer is not correct: this list is for "report types", but is not a list of "Baugruppe".

I upload two images:

- 01 Baugruppe Question: this is my fisrt question of this thread.

- 02 Report Type list: some comments about "Report Type list". In this another thread, I posted a question about "Report Type list":
https://connect.allplan.com/de/forum/themen/topic/topics/cad-listen-reports-variables-beschriftungsbild/reports-report-type-list-and-explanation.html

Thanks and best regards,

Hi Xavier,

I've been working on Reports for quite some time. So here's my two cents on this.

The only documentation on this feature I ever came across is from the Tech Doc 2012 which has already been mentioned above.

On page 53 you'll find a super short explanation <<"baugruppe" - Catalogue Evaluation, e.g. IBD>>

It seems to be related to the different catalogues that can be set under "Optionen (Options) > Kataloge (Catalogues)"

Baugruppe in general is a common term for a specific set of elements i.e. walls, columns, slabs etc.

As far as I know the Allplan BCM system makes heavy use of these Baugruppen. (and IBD seems to be, too)

My best guess is that they somehow filter the reports against a given catalogue of elements.

Since our office uses a different system, we get the Bauteile directly from our AVA software.

So far there was no need to change the value.

Would be interesting to know if you find any further information, though.

Best regards
Patrick

Thanks for your answer, Patrik!

It's very interesting... Yes, I'm agree with you, in the "2012 Report Manual" there is this little short explanation.
I will continue searching the answers to those questions....

Best regards,
Xavier
