Gebäudemanagement Schleswig-Holstein GMSH is a public-law institution, exercising the planning tasks and duties of building owners for the state government and federal government in the state of Schleswig-Holstein. Consequently, GMSH is in charge of administering real estate used by the state of Schleswig-Holstein and procuring materials and services for the real estate management and construction management of the state authorities. In addition, GMSH does this on behalf of other public authorities. GMSH encompasses the areas of construction, management, and procurement. The business area of construction develops and realizes all building projects of the state government and the federal government. In cooperation with "Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW" (building authorities in North Rhine-Westphalia), Allplan GmbH has developed a template project that helps Allplan users optimize the process of exchanging data with building authorities in NRW.

In a cooperation with DB Station & Service AG, Allplan has integrated the content required for the planning of small and medium-sized railway stations in a comprehensive project template. The template contains components and equipment as "smart" objects that already have all the required parameters and information. It can be installed via a self-executing setup, which integrates all related components directly in Allplan.
