About reinforcement labels;
Is it possible to change the mark layout from circle to ellipse?
I can't find the property to change it.

Hi Joris,
I believe you can change that in the options off Allplan, and your PythonPart will use that setting. See the images below where I first set it to a rectangle and then to a ellipse.
I don't know if it is also possible to load favorites for your options or label/ reinforcement labels within a PythonPart. If there is a way to that then I would like to know that too, because I think that would be very helpful.

accessing this setting through Allplan Python API is at the moment not possible. What is your use case for this? Maybe there is a way to address is in some other way?

To change it within the Allplan options is for now the best option.
As follow up I have the next question, is it possible to access the pointer symbol in reinforcementlabels? To change the 'slash' to something else?
