Hide the ActionBar is not enough.
Use the shorcut Ctrl+Shit+E to switch to Palettes configuration.
To switch back to ActionBar, use the shortcut Ctrl+Shit+B.

And you can always display the menus (to get all the functions). Press the Alt key to display the menu bar.
To always have it, click on the last button on the title bar of Allplan like in the attached image, and select the last function (see online help).

Thanks, I read it, but I can no still understand what I should do for activate the "tools".

If the configuration you use is not the Actionbar configuration, the following two palettes are also available.
as Actionbar is a Combination of Modules/Tools, this functions are disabled in palette configuration as the Actionbar has its own configuration.

means :
You need to Switch OFF Actionbar:

But Using the Actionbar is the "Future". Try to train your Students in using Actionbar.

Hello,

The Tools palette is not displayed when you use the ActionBar (see online help).
Use the Palettes configuration to get the Tools palette.

Edit: Jörg was a bit faster than me...

I did switch off the Actionbar before, but the Tools do not activate yet. I need the tools for creating a customize legend.
