I am looking for dimensioning and labeling API for PythonParts. Is there possibility to create bar labels just like creating bar placements, solids, etc...?

C:\ProgramData\Nemetschek\Allplan\2018\ETC\PythonPartsScripts\ReinforcementExamples => Labeling.py
I recommend you to put this folder in shorcut in the library.
