Welche Lichtquelle soll ich nehmen

Hallo,
für meine Ansicht möchte ich gerne Lichter wählen. Was ist da zu empfehlen. Drinnen und draußen. Innen dachte ich an einfache Lichtquellen ( alos nicht spot oder so ). Wer hat Erfahrung ?
