is there anyone out there who can help me?

when i try to create a new project i am get a strange message, unable to create configuration file.
see also attached file project.jpg

and when i want to do reorganize project administration i get the message that in need to change the host from bub-dc01 to BUB-DC01 in all administration files.

has anyone a idea how to solve these to problems
