I fact, Allplan count the object not the text.

Than you can add attribut to the object to filtering the list/legend or report.

The point is that you can't add attribut to a text...

And there is no possibility to convert text as label.

So there is no posisbility to edit a list with all text.

By the way if you want to make this kind of work, there is few possibility to do when you start:

1°) You can use label plan on the engineering module which you can list on the same module.

2°) you can create a smart symbol to list it

3°) you can use a text and group it as a block to list it

4°) etc...

Maybe there is other possibility...
