Is it possible to assign Wall Openings and/or Slab Openings to User Defined Architectural Elements?
I have tryied the same workflow as with normal Architectural Elements (Wall, Column, Slab, etc.) but I get the message: "Objects do not intersect components!"

this isn´t possible. The functions create openings, recesses and so on.....in walls or slabs! And the UserDefinedArchitectureElement could be all........wall, slab, beam, column......

I have tried to define a "minus" element that, without using the boolean functions for 3D elements, gets substracted automatically from my U-D element. For the moment, I was not able to create it. Have you got any idea if it is even possible or not?

I don´t see an opportunity without the boolean functions and with a similar comfortable way......Why you don´t like the Booleans?

Hello Michael,
I could define this "minus" element as construction line and place it freely in my model, eliminating this way the boolean operations.
Another functionality would be in case on cylinders: let's say, one of my elements has a circular whole in it. If I substract a cylinder from my object, it is time consuming to modify the whole's diameter afterwards. Using a "minus" object, I only need to scale it and the job would be done.
