When I use "convert Mode" - "2D to 3D lines" I get the meassage: Memory full.
What do I do. I am new to Allplan

- start allplan service menu
- Service -> hotline Tools -> DocSize

Here is my thought about this issue:
Allplan prompts that message if you are using it on elements that are combined into Element Group.
Try Ungroup Elements first.
