I`m new in Allplan and I have a question
Is there any way to create Non-prismatic section??

Maybe this will help:
a.)
There is Section along a curve tool in Engineering Structures task area.
b.)
There are Views and Section tools in Architectural / Elements task area.
With some additional "manual" Stretch input you can modify Section object to less vertical form.
Afterwards you can switch to Perspective View
