[Frage] Error after upgrade to the 2019.1.5

Hello,
Question to Admin Attn.

#1. Attached Error MSG WINDOW - after upgrade to the latest version.
I do reinstall them over One try, and continue to report me Error MSG window during start-up?
What should to do, please?

#2. When I can Find / Buy specific PDF Tutorials (over available Official User guide's) for Arch. users, please?

Hello,

It seems that the problem comes from a specific wizard from "SBN".
Check with the provider of this wizard to use only characters available on any language.
