Cannot rotate the text of automatic Axes on the New View and Section.

Hi Everyone,

In the future, the Reinforcement view and section will no longer available so I try to use the New View and Section on my current project. But I cannot rotate the text of the Axes (see the picture). Do we have a new way to work on New view and Section?
