Actually Customer IDs are only usefull for Offices. or in other Words: only if you buy allplan, you will get a customer ID that is usefull on Connect.
To get more Access rights, you should go to campus.allplan.com upload any Proof of beeing a student to get an Allplan Licence for free.
(this is the way for Students to be verified as "real" persons.
Clients can only verify themself with Custernumber an additional Admin key ..
