Allplan Forum: Displaying opening in slab

Hi,

From some time I am trying to make a specific view of opening slab. I want it to look like in attachment and I think I did it using Smart Symbol. Then I load it in options of opening slab. The only problem is that this view of slab is visible on building model. When I'm doing a section or view it dissapear. I don't know how to manage with this. I think it might be some options of displaying sections/views but I don't know where I suppose search it.

Do You have any idea what to do?

Maybe there is another way to do that kind of view of opening slab?

The smart symbol ist only 2D Elements. They can't be shown in the View or Section, only if there are 3D Lines/Faces involved the element is shown.

Thank you for your answer,

I realized now that even if I can make an element with 3D Lines or Surfaces and I apply them some Color or Surface, it will not work because the Views and Sections are displayed as Wireframe model.

Is there another way to solve this problem? Any other way to apply that kind of surface on the openning? Or I must draw it manually on the Views/Sections?

You can manually fill it (automatic search of geometry). We created different Macros and we insert and scale it afterwards.
