[Frage] No dialog box appear when I import options favorites file (.XML) from option menu [Gelöst]

Dear all,

I have a problem with my Allplan version 2019-0-1. I can not import my favorites file. Because when I click on Browse button and nothing happens (Please see the attachment).

Dear all,
Finally, we found the solution for this. Just delete user's data, create the new folder "prj" in there.

Hello there

Are you using several monitors? I had a similar problem with several other pop-out windows from Allplan.
You could try pressing Windows + Shift + Left or Right arrow to move the hidden window across different screens.
If that doesn't work, you may also unplug all but one monitor to "force" all windows to open on that monitor.

Hello,

You can also change the skyns or thema of Allplan from Allplan to Windows. Sometimes, this help. This option is available on the toolbars setting. You will see the difference by restart.

Or there is some possibility by using the shortcut ALT+Space, which allow you to move your screen and if you press on one button like Left or Right, than the screen can move to your mouse.

Thank you, still there is no pop-up windows. that's why I couldn't use your hints. Allplan version 2018 is fine, after I updated to version 2019-0-1, I had a problem like this. I also tried to update to version 2019-0-2 now I have a new problem with update system (see attachment).
Currently I stay with version 2019-0-1.

Hello Judy,
I changed scheme to windows (see attachment) and it doesn't work. I'm working on several project with different styles. That spent too much time to change it manually. Could you give me another option of that? and I also have problem with update system, you can see in my reply above.
FYI: I used another account (PC account) to log on my PC and it works but my account doesn't work.

some of my colleagues have a similar issue with the pop-up windows in Allplan 2020.
When they change between the office docking station and an external monitor in the home office.

Can you please explain how you solved this problem?

We tried the above things, but none of them worked.

Hi,

In a project folder (prj), you will see users' folders such as Micheal or any names, it depends on what you create users.
First, Copy the user's folder.
Second, Delete the current folder.
Third, rename the copy folder to the right format.

That's all I can say. Unfortunately, I didn't work with Allplan anymore, couldn't send you some screenshots.
