Smartparts, how create?

Greet all profi in this forum.
Im a new in allplan, before work in revit, and cant understand how to work with smartpat, precisely, for exemple, how i can create my own window like in this picture
mb you know some books or videos about?

before you can create your own windows try this file herewith

this is document given from allplan to start with smartpart after this practice you can try to create differents smartparts
