[Frage] How to get rid of twinmotion link?

Hi. In every instance of creating a backup of my project, the directlink.udatasmith are backed up as well, making the backup file huge. Is there a way how to get rid of the twinmotion part entirely? Somethink like unlink and forget all associations.

Hello,
Maybe your backup software can be set up to ignore files from certain types ou names.
Or create a programme that deletes certain files before making the backup...

Hello @jstep for remove the Twinmotion part entirely from your project backups you can follow these steps.

first Unlink Direct Link

You can Remove Datasmith Files

Also you can Check Project Settings
