[Frage] Allplan automatically change element's geometry when two elements overlap [Gelöst]

Hello everyone,

When I positioned a column in a location where it partially overlaps with an existing wall, I noticed that Allplan would automatically change the geometry of the wall(highlighted in blue), so that there is no intersection at all. I am sure the geometry was actually changed, I have checked it by using the pythonpart to print the geometry. Is it a default setting or something?

I was wondering if it's possible to disable it. The intersection part is crucial for my work.

Hello,

You can change the Interaction setting to "Off" (see online help about Interaction).

You can also create your column on a separate file (another NDW file).
