ALLPLAN stuck at this screen and its not loading beyond this page. please suggest how to reset the ALLPLAN setting back to default.

With the update 2025-0-4 to 2025-0-5, our computers completely froze, it was no longer possible to open Allplan or other programs. So far, there is no solution for this, I have not yet received a response from support.
