Is there any version of Allplan 2013 to be able to install on Windows XP Service pack 3 ?

Hello,
No there is no possibility. The setup will stop you.
The requierement is clear about this point.
You have to update your operating system to windows 7 in minimum.
Windows XP is not supportés by Microsoft since this year.
