[Frage] SCIA Autoconverter - Cross-sections are missing

Hello everyone,

As part of a BIM workflow, I would like to load an IFC model into BIM Plus via Revit or Allplan and then into the SCIA Autoconverter in order to prepare the model for a structural design software. My problem here is that the components are recognised correctly in the SCIA Autoconverter, but cross-sections and materials are not displayed. What could be the specific reason for this?

Hello Ferdinand232,
the reason why cross-sections and materials are not displayed is that the user has to tell the autoconverter in which attribute is the information for cross-sections and/or materials. The attached file shows where you find an explanation how to set the mapping for cross-setions and materials. The file shows the user interface of autoconverter.
