Due to planned technical updates & improvements there is a likelihood our cloud services Bimplus, Allplan Exchange und Allplan Share will be unavailable for a short period of time between the hours of 17:00 and 23:00 CEST (10am to 4pm CDT) on August 02, 2023. It would be advisable to log out before this time to safeguard any ongoing work you have.

Technical advices

To minimize any potential inconveniences, we strongly recommend taking the following actions before the scheduled update:

Sign Out from All Allplan Cloud Services: Prior to 17:00 CEST on 2nd August 2023, kindly sign out from all your Allplan cloud services, including Bimplus, Exchange, Share, and others.
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: To facilitate a seamless update, clearing your browser's cache and cookies will help prevent any caching conflicts.

Re-login After Successful Update Email: After the update process has been completed successfully, we will send you an email confirmation. Following this notification, please log in again to your Allplan account.

Alternatively, Login Next Day: If you are unable to log in after receiving the successful update email, you can safely log in the next day (3rd August 2023) with confidence.

Browser-Cache und Cookies löschen: Um ein reibungsloses Update zu ermöglichen, sollten Sie den Cache und die Cookies Ihres Browsers löschen, um Konflikte beim Caching zu vermeiden.

Erneutes Einloggen nach erfolgreicher Update-E-Mail: Nachdem die Aktualisierung erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde, erhalten Sie eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail. Bitte loggen Sie sich nach dieser Benachrichtigung erneut in Ihr Allplan Konto ein.

Alternativ: Am nächsten Tag anmelden: Wenn Sie sich nach Erhalt der erfolgreichen Update-E-Mail nicht einloggen können, können Sie sich am nächsten Tag (3. August 2023) vertrauensvoll einloggen.

Déconnectez-vous de tous les services Allplan Cloud : Avant 17:00 CEST le 2 août 2023, déconnectez-vous de tous vos services Allplan, y compris Bimplus, Exchange, Share et autres.

Effacez le cache du navigateur et les cookies : Pour faciliter la mise à jour, effacez le cache et les cookies de votre navigateur afin d'éviter tout conflit de mise en cache.

Se reconnecter après l'envoi d'un courriel de mise à jour : Une fois le processus de mise à jour terminé avec succès, nous vous enverrons un courriel de confirmation. Suite à cette notification, veuillez vous reconnecter à votre compte Allplan.
Vous pouvez également vous connecter le lendemain : Si vous ne parvenez pas à vous connecter après avoir reçu l'e-mail de mise à jour, vous pouvez vous connecter en toute confiance le lendemain (3 août 2023).

Consigli tecnici

Per ridurre al minimo i potenziali inconvenienti, si consiglia vivamente di intraprendere le seguenti azioni prima dell'aggiornamento programmato:

Disconnettersi da tutti i servizi cloud di Allplan: Prima delle 17:00 CEST del 2 agosto 2023, è necessario disconnettersi da tutti i servizi cloud di Allplan, compresi Bimplus, Exchange, Share e altri.

Cancellare la cache e i cookie del browser: Per facilitare un aggiornamento senza problemi, cancellare la cache e i cookie del browser aiuterà a prevenire eventuali conflitti di cache.

Effettuare nuovamente il login dopo l'invio dell'e-mail di aggiornamento: Dopo che il processo di aggiornamento è stato completato con successo, vi invieremo un'e-mail di conferma. A seguito di questa notifica, effettuare nuovamente il login al proprio account Allplan.

In alternativa, effettuare il login il giorno successivo: Se non riuscite ad accedere dopo aver ricevuto l'e-mail di aggiornamento, potete tranquillamente accedere il giorno successivo (3 agosto 2023).

Technické rady

Abyste minimalizovali případné nepříjemnosti, důrazně doporučujeme provést před plánovanou aktualizací následující kroky:

Odhlásit se ze všech služeb Allplan Cloud: Před 17:00 SELČ 2. srpna 2023 se laskavě odhlaste ze všech cloudových služeb Allplan, včetně Bimplus, Exchange, Share a dalších.

Vymažte mezipaměť prohlížeče a soubory cookie: Pro usnadnění bezproblémové aktualizace pomůže vymazání mezipaměti a souborů cookie prohlížeče zabránit případným konfliktům při ukládání do mezipaměti.

Opětovné přihlášení po úspěšné aktualizaci e-mailem: Po úspěšném dokončení procesu aktualizace vám zašleme potvrzující e-mail. Po tomto oznámení se znovu přihlaste ke svému účtu Allplan.
Případně se přihlaste následující den: Pokud se po obdržení e-mailu o úspěšné aktualizaci nemůžete přihlásit, můžete se bez obav přihlásit následující den (3. srpna 2023).
