[Frage] Allplan Reports does not load data

Gentlemen,

I would like to ask about Allplan Reports that not load data for all kind of Reports (Reinforcement, Layout list, etc.).

This problem started when company where I work decided to use online account for PCs (Windows Azure AD). I guess there are options or settings that automatically synced and cause Allplan Reports to be malfunctioned. For several months I always use local account in my PC to make Reports. This temporary solutions seems good enough but quite time wasting.
Company's IT staff already took action, which is remove my online account to wipe all the settings and then add it again, but the problem is still exist.

Is there any solution for this problem?
