Hello WTC,
There is a lot of possibility in Allplan to reinforce any kind of object.
I have some experience with the stairs and in my opinion, you can use easily the tool spiral bars which allows you to create a bars which will grow up like the circular stairs.
Because this bars is normaly grow up for 1 stairs level at 360°.
I send you an example as a screen capture.

Thank you Judy. That was really helpful.
Hello Judy,
wanted to ask, how is done the "placing"? Or is it inputted one by one?
Thanks,
Eero
Dear Eero,
if you keep the file i shared as example in my last answer, you can load it in your Allplan version and in a new project, just by use the tool File\import\import file with all loaded document.
I used the specific circular form shape in Allplan which provide the possibility to define this kind of bars and also a placement between bars.
So no, i did it in one time and didn't place them one by one.
Good Use!

Thank You Judy.
Additionally, what method Yo´re using to reinforce steps? By circle stair reinforcement changes along the step. And after that you need to place whole package along the spiral.
Eero
Hello Eero,
In my example, there was no bars on the step.
But my client and me did it a lot of time in few way.
Normaly, the angle and the height are allways the same between step.
So first, you can create the few cross bars along the step in the different position.
Than you create an associative view to display all in a front view.
The last step is to use the tool 'Copy and rotate', or 'copy and rotate along an element', so you will be able to copy the group of cross bars and rotate them few time.
I don't remember in detail because i don't do it everyday but i hope this will help you.
Good Use!

Very good information, I´m really thankful.

Hello Judy,
sorry to open the spiral RF case once again - i watched your file but as I understand, Spiral RF has not possible to create spacing between bars like you did. The second possibility for Circular RF has possibility to add spacing but it cannot be as spiral - only on the same level.
Eero
Hello, In case you stairs have an eliptic shape (not traditional round) ... how you do that ?
