I am writing to you to raise a question regarding the use of the “Draw Design” tool in Allplan Road, specifically in relation to generating the drawing of cut and fill areas resulting from the construction of a set of roads.
After carrying out several tests, I have verified that the calculation and representation of cuts and fills work correctly on individual road sections. However, the issue arises in areas where two roads intersect:

If I perform the calculation without defining an intersection between the two roads, the resulting cut and fill areas overlap with each other (see attached image 1).

On the other hand, when I define an intersection between the two roads, the calculation becomes incorrect, as the tool does not properly combine the cut and fill areas of both roads, resulting in an erroneous geometry (see attached image 2).

In this context, my question is what would be the correct workflow or procedure to accurately calculate and draw cut and fill areas at road intersections, avoiding both overlapping results and calculation errors when the two road platforms meet.
