When I export data to dwg or dxf, the data (floorplan) gets deformed, lines missing and lost. No matter what export settings I use, it is always the same. Allplan 2013.
The attached PDF file suggests that you've exported the data as 3D data.
This is the reason why the elements look "deformed".
In fact, the elements are not deformed. The elements are just represented differently.
For example: at the export, the Allplan hatches were not correlated with corresponding AutoCAD hatches, resulting in different representation.
If you want to achieve in dwg a representation as identical as possible with the Allplan representation, try exporting from the layout using the favorite transfer file number: 01_Export_LayoutToModelFromLayerToLayer
