Maybe, I don't understand what you want.
Please give more details with screenshots if needed.
What is "thickness" for you? Is it the line thickness or the thickness of all the wall or the thickness of one layer on a multilayer wall?
With the function "Apply Archit. Component Properties", it's very simple to change the thickness of several walls:
1- launch the function
2- click on a wall
3- change the values you want in the parameters window and valid
4- click one by one on the walls to be changed, or select all the walls in one selection, or use filters to select what you want.
You can see this function in action in this video at 0:25.
Did you make a training or, at least, the architecture tutorial?
The architecture tutorial can be download on Allplan Connect in "Training > Documentation".

and where is the thickness in the properties?
I use Architectural Component Properties, but the thickness is missing.

Use the fonction "Apply Archit. Component Properties" to transfer the properties of a correct element to other ones.
