i used an atotranslater to hopefully understand your question : "How to get Admin"

You need to Add a Customer Number something like "C300xxxxxx" oder "C301xxxxxx" to your Profile, then visit this Page:
https://connect.allplan.com/admin/company-connection.html

and ask for an Admin Key ..

the submitted Form will be sent to your local support and they will check if you really work for this customer (or you are this customer :-)

then you will get a valid "Admin Status" and see your companys Licenses and more.
