[Question] Beam / Column

Hello all,
I have now created the first models with volume and wanted to try something more practical. To do this, I used the BeamRect in VisualScripting. However, it turned out that the start point refers to the lower plane and the end point to the upper plane of the activated "layer", is there a way to change this? The existing functions do have a plane reference, but this is fixed. What am I doing wrong here to have horizontal bars?

Secondly, is it possible to use axis-based beams, as with rafters, or do I have to create them via volumes in order to be able to "script" via vectors independently of a reference plane?

Thanks at all,

I checked with the team. There is a bug for the plane reference in that node BeamRect. We will fix that.

After it is fixed, if you choose to use "absolute" for plane reference, the beam could be defined with both terminal points. That might help you to create an axis-based beam.
