Allplan Forum: Not enough memory available

Hello community. I am having a big problem with "Not enough memory available" in allplan. I wonder what memory is lacking, since i have 16 GB of Ram 4 GB dedicated video card. And allplan only takes 0,3 Gb RAM during my projects. I don't know how can you make this program so inefficient. i have never seen it use even 30% of my resources.
...end of rage...
Now to problem:
When i try to move element window in layout editor i always get the message. then I have to press OK like 8 - 17 times and after that no window can be selected... then i simply have to close the program to do 1 move again... and again and again...

Am I doing sth wrong? or are these new sections i use for reinforcement just so da.mn buggy?
I have only one line of fundation in the project now, it doesn't get any smaller i guess.
i use Allplan 2020

Maybe you should send your project to the support to check if it is reproducible...

Hello,

We don't talk about the RAM used by Allplan and that you can see in the Windows task manager.
We talk about the maximum size of Allplan documents.
You can set the "docsize" in Allmenu (program "Services" in English), in the menu "Service", you have a function "Hotline tools".
See online help.

Hey Bertrand I know about the hotline tools docsize. I always have it set on maximum possible since allplan 2016... but makes no difference even if i set it 256MB or 2GB.

Rainer: yeah I already did trough my support service... still no answer...

die Mail mit den Daten ging raus am 07.11.2019 13:35, Betreff SVN Allplan 2020.0.1 - Bewehrung verschwindet und eine Menge anderer Fehler an support.

Please in English i guess these are english forums? If i translated correct, I can send Jurij Sket another file the one I work on now if you wish...
As i think problems are related...

My only solution for now is reopening program for almost every action I do in layout.
