* Customers with a valid Serviceplus contract may use Allplan Exchange free of charge. By cancelling Serviceplus, Allplan Exchange will automatically run out as well.
Data Export from Allplan Exchange
During the term of the Allplan Exchange contract, you have the opportunity to export your project plan data from Allplan Exchange and archive it locally on your server at any time free of charge. How a backup can created, can be found here.
Please note that the data is deleted from the Allplan Exchange server at the latest one month after the term of the contract.
