I cannot activate Allplan. When I enter the Product Key, the "no Internet connection" message appears even though the computer is connected to the Internet. Which ports are required? Are there any settings for the proxy server?
Answer:
License activation accesses the internally used URLs
https://lc.codemeter.com/59885/gateways/getLicenses.php and
https://lc.codemeter.com/59885/gateways/getTicketInformation.php.
Make sure the proxy server does not block these URLs.
Try to activate the license again.
