Hi everyone,
Does anybody know where is the templates folder of Allplan, so that I can place customized templates there?
Best regards,

Hi Jakub,
As i try to explain last time, it depend of what do you search for.
For example, the legend are file named "zle0??.eng". It allways start with a file 000 which is the summary, and than one file per folder and a the end you see an extension belong to the country.
If you open the STD (office) folder, you will find the file in direct.
About the symbol it's a bit different:
You can access to the folder by Allplan/Planbar since 2016 by opening the Library and click on 'explore folder'.
Or you can open the folder manualy on your STD folder and search for the 'Library' folder.
Here you will find all directory and sub file. Every symbol has his own file.
So you can move, modify or edit the file directory.
** in other way, you can find tool to manage legend Inside the additionnal modules and manage list/legend and extract them to external folder. or you can also use the ProjectPilot to do the same for symboles.
Bye & Good Use!

Dear Hugo,
Did you find out what do you search?
There is many different type of Library in Allplan. Main of them can be found in the STD folder.
But you should tell what you need.
Is it about Fixture, symbol, smart symbol, python, reports, legend, project?

Hello,
I have the same question, where can I find my customised legends and symbols in STD folder of Allplan? Are they hidden somehow?
Best regards,
Jakub

Hi,
Thank you for your answer, what I want to achieve is to copy some of my user defined legends and symbols from my library to another PC, I know that I can transfer them by creating an "Office Standard" backup and load them into another PC through Allmenu but I want to copy only particular one, not all of it. My Allplan version is 2014, does it mean that I can not have an acces to my "Library" folder in STD folder?
About the legends, I can see file zle001 in the folder STD like you mentioned above, is that a file with legends from the first folder of Office legends and all I need to do is to copy it into another PC to the respective folder?
Thank you for your help Mr Judy,
Best regards
you have to use allplan-funktions for this.
in modul for legends you will find a function to copy legends and vtb.
copy them to "extern Path" and import them from this path.

Thank you so much for your help Markus with legends, I found it very helpful. Still my question about symbols remains the same.
Best regards

I am afraid that in my 2014 version STD/Library does not exist as Mr Judy said few posts above that it is possible to explore 'Library' since 2016 version.
ok... allplan 2014
use functions in projekt pilot to solve your problem.
