Did it work before ? and maybe a backup of that file exists?
Did You try what was written in the message: Reinstallation of Allplan as Repair installation ?
What happend before that message ?
is the Folder "STD" (=office standard) available ?

Hi,
You can check below Things.
1.Please check the file in STD folder named country.ini which needs to edit as per country required.
2.check whether you had Installed required country specific STD folder or not.
3.check the central storage folder path for office from all menu. Pathe should be correctly called.
